Flourless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache and Caramel Swirl

In a microwave safe bowl melt:

🍫1 cup chocolate chips

🍫1 stick Earth Balance (all natural margarine substitute)

 
After 1 minute in the microwave give the ingredients a mix, if not yet melted, add another 30 seconds and mix again (careful not to burn!)
Add to this:

🍫3/4 cup sugar

🍫1/4 teaspoon salt

🍫1 teaspoon vanilla

🍫3 eggs

🍫1/2 cup cocoa 
Mix well and pour into a greased round baking tin / bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 25 minutes
Allow cake to cool a bit before handling – meanwhile……
Chocolate Ganache:

🍫1 cup chocolate chips

🍫1/2 cup parve whipped topping 
Microwave 1 minute – 1.5 minutes and mix, pour over the top of your cake – allow to set before adding the caramel
Caramel Topping:

Place in a bowl….

🍫1/3 cup brown sugar

🍫3 tablespoons margarine

🍫1 tablespoon parve whipped topping
Place in the microwave 1.5 minutes – 2 minutes, mix well, pour over the chocolate ganache and use a spoon to swirl caramel into the ganache. 
Allow cake to settle before serving.
