🐬 Tuna Tartare 🐠Ingredients:

πŸ‘‰1lb sushi-grade Tuna, cut into small chunks

πŸ‘‰2 limes, zest and juice

πŸ‘‰1 teaspoon wasabi

πŸ‘‰1 teaspoon soy sauce 

πŸ‘‰1 teaspoon sriracha

πŸ‘‰a pinch of salt

πŸ‘‰a pinch of black pepper

πŸ‘‰2 jalapeΓ±os, seeded and diced small

πŸ‘‰1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

πŸ‘‰2 scallions, thinly sliced (optional)

πŸ‘‰1/2 an avocado, diced small
πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing carefully not to bruise the tuna or avocado—leave to marinate in the fridge at least one hour
**Serve with added sliced avocado and garnish with cilantro — this may be eaten with or without chips
